Advising a Turkish company listed on the New York Stock Exchange on investment in Coca-Cola Bottling plant in Azerbaijan.

Advising UK Export Credits Guarantee Department and syndicate of international banks on loan agreement, escrow agreement and security arrangements in respect of Baku Airport reconstruction.

Advising multilateral lending agency on loan agreements, capital retention and put option agreement, capital purchase agreement and guarantee agreements; advice on general commercial law; advice on share transfers etc. in respect of Baku Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

Advising international lenders and project borrowers on loan and security agreements in respect of various projects including, inter alia, purchase of new vessel, international hotel development and office and apartment developments.

Providing ongoing advice to a syndicate of major international equity and venture capital funds on the legal framework for investment in the Azeri securities market including securities issued in connection with privatisation (options and vouchers) and research and advice on the concept of nominal ownership, custody, circulation and issuance of securities.  Providing continuous monitoring of developments within Azerbaijan with a view to providing the syndicate with our recommendations on optimal policy adjustments to reflect the rapidly changing legal, regulatory and political environment in Azerbaijan as relating to securities. 

Advising a foreign company on the secured financing of export in Azerbaijan, including the provision of comprehensive advice on all aspects relating to the taking of a pledge of a share in a local partner. 

Advising an independent oil company in PSA contracts in Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Advising IFC on unsecured bank credit lines to three local banks.

Advising multilateral lending agency on secured lending on hotel development.

Acting for major financial institution in relation to financing the construction of a waste paper facility in Azerbaijan.
